A Matter of Experience
The Patient Experience Matters team and Communications and Engagement team have developed a new platform for displaying and sharing patient stories in Trafford called ‘A Matter of Experience’.
Each issue will focus on a patient story and a service we commission (fund), sometimes accompanied by a brief summary of timely engagement activity.
