The Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership (the Partnership) has selected Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust to lead on the implementation of a new Crisis Care Pathway for children and young people across the 10 Greater Manchester localities.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a new development that will make a real difference to children and young people who are experiencing a mental health-related crisis.
To ensure the success of this new pathway, Pennine Care will work closely with colleagues from the NHS, the private sector and the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector across Greater Manchester.
