Wellbeing and Lifestyle Support in Trafford

Trafford Public Health have produced the following ‘Wellbeing and Lifestyle Support’ leaflet to signpost residents to local support services that can improve both their physical and mental health and wellbeing.

These services are nearly all self-referring and free to access, offering a range support styles from online tools and telephone helplines to face-to-face meetings and groups.

These include:

  • Help to stop smoking
  • Help to achieve a healthier weight
  • Help to be more physically active
  • Help to better manage drug or alcohol problems
  • Help to deal with emotional and mental health problems
